Extract Wellness has collaborated with Sweetbrier Farm to create a new fully-vertically integrated hemp CBD products company called Wellness Ventures.
Based in Louisville of Kentucky, the joint venture (JV) enables Wellness Ventures to quickly expand sales of quality hemp-based CBD products, as exclusive rights allow to distribute Extract Wellness manufactured brand of CBD oils, cosmetics, topicals and edible products.

The Wellness Ventures has secured exclusive rights to grow significant acreage of additional hemp on and purchase hemp biomass from Sweetbrier Farm. It will also receive the services and promotional resources of Dees Entertainment including the commitment of Rick Dees as brand ambassador.

Founded in 1845, Sweetbrier is a licenced hemp grower with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and registered on the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places.
Established in 2017, Extract Wellness is a licenced hemp processor and handler with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. It has sales channels through its e-commerce store, and its network of brick and mortar retail partners across the US to serve pharmacies and health and wellness stores.
Extract Wellness has expertise in the manufacturing of hemp CBD products, as well as the development of advanced product formulations.
Separately, Exactus, a hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoid products supplier, announced the launch of its new genetics division to supply farmers with FDA compliant feminised CBD and CBG hemp seeds in the US.
Exactus is expanding its product portfolio to become a reliable source for farmers while continuing to provide the industry with in-demand hemp-derived ingredients and consumer products such as CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, and other cannabinoids.
