Agricultural market research services provider Kleffmann Group has merged with agricultural and animal health market research services provider Kynetec.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The combined company will focus on the development of globally consistent solutions, as well as worldwide farmer respondent communities and advanced analytics to deliver better market insights.
Based on the foundations of two successful businesses, the merger is said to be highly complementary with little overlap of activities.
The newly merged company includes all Kynetec team members and the market research team of the Kleffmann Group. It comprises around 950 market researchers, interviewers, data analysts, marketing scientists and data visualisation specialists across 30 countries
Kleffmann Group’s former main shareholder and CEO Burkhard Kleffmann has left Kleffmann Group to focus on the continued development of the agricultural remote sensing business My Data Plant/ Crop Radar.
