Meristem Crop Performance Group has entered into a new strategic supply agreement with AgPlanIt to better meet the requirements of American farmers.
The Meristem Crop Performance product line is said to become a significant component of AgPlanIt’s offering of crop inputs and grower solutions.
Meristem managing director Mitch Eviston said: “Ty Fickenscher and Kylen Hunt have a track record of helping growers become more profitable.
“With their background in precision agriculture and dedication to helping farmers improve their ROI, Eviston says working with the AgPlanIt founders makes perfect sense.”
Under the deal, AgPlanIt will distribute Meristem’s initial product portfolio, including seed treatments under the brand RACEREADY and REVLINE plant growth regulators.

The company will also distribute TRUTRACK drift control, AQUADRAFT water conditioners and surfactants, as well as HOMESTRETCH nitrogen stabilisers, micronutrients, and foliar nutritionals. In addition, BLUE DEF diesel exhaust fluid is added to the current offerings.
AgPlanIt co-founder Ty Fickenscher said: “We want to equip producers with efficiency improvements and products that increase profits.”
Meristem Crop Performance Group is a joint venture between Old World Specialty Products and a group of agriculturalists with expertise in agronomy and global agribusiness.
Meristem works with farm businesses to reduce the cost of production, boost productivity, diversify income, and increase access to new technologies.
AgPlanIt, an agronomic consulting and farm supply business, which provides crop consulting, crop inputs and other services to farm businesses.
Recently, Meristem has signed a supply agreement with Van Trump Ag Solutions, a Kansas City-based agronomic consulting and farm supply business to serve American farmers.
