ServiceMaster Global Holdings, a provider of pest control, restoration and cleaning services, has acquired two pest control companies – Gregory Pest Solutions and McCloud Services.

Gregory is a regional pest management company based in the Carolinas, while McCloud is a 100-year-old pest management firm that serves the Midwest region in the US. Both firms are Copesan’s largest service provider partners.

ServiceMaster will hold the management teams and brands of both entities to focus more on integrated commercial pest management.

Details of the services offered by McCloud Services and Gregory Pest Solutions

McCloud Services, which was established in 1904, continues to be based in Elgin, Illinois. It offers integrated pest management solutions for the food supply chain of custody, health care, hospitality, property management and retail industries.

With over 200 employees, the company offers services via 10 locations across the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Ohio.

Established in 1972 by Phil and Sara Gregory, Gregory Pest Solutions is said to be the 30th largest pest control company in the US.

The company has 267 employees and covers 11-state area such as Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, DC.

Ben Walker will continue as president of Gregory Pest Solutions, as well as manage Southeast commercial pest operations. He will report to Terminix Commercial president Greg Rutherford.

In addition, Stephanie and Chris will continue in their leadership roles for McCloud Services, and management teams of both businesses will have continuing roles in the respective divisional management teams

ServiceMaster provides termite and pest control, cleaning and restoration services in both the residential and commercial markets. It operates via service network of over 8,000 company-owned locations and franchise and license agreements.
